Jolie Fay of the HTA will be testifying in front of the
House Subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing and Trade on Thursday with me at 2322 Rayburn at 10 AM. Different hearing, also on the CPSIA.

I was really hoping a representative from YKK would be at this hearing. Their study of testing lab variation is interesting, and has everything to do with the topic of testing to a level to "reasonably ensure compliance".
